1. Mix the salad sauce and the mustard sauce and spread in the centre of the tortilla.
2. Put the two cod fillets and lettuce on the sauce. Fold up one side and put cucumber on it.
3. Fold the opposite side and put 1pc of cod and tomato on it.
4. Fold the other two sides and put into the press oven to get colored.
