Ingredients

 

  • Minced pork  200g
  • Lotus root 200g (can be replaced by Chinese water chestnut)
  • Chinese cooking wine  10ml
  • Chilli sauce 10g
  • Egg white  2pcs
  • Salt, chicken powder
  • Mission 9”flour tortillas  12pcs

Instructions

 

1. Season the pork with salt, chicken powder, egg white and chilli sauce. Cut the lotus root into thin pieces.

2. Season the filling above with salt, chilli sauce, egg white. Stir until it gets sticky.

3. Put 60g filling on each tortilla. Steam for 2 minutes or heat in microwave on high fire for 30 seconds. Fry in a pan or a grill for 1 minute when both sides become golden.
