Ingredients

 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • 1 Mission Plain Flour Wraps
  • 125 g buffalo mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 large plum tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle (optional)
  • Few leaves fresh basil

Instructions

 

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350F).

2. Heat the olive oil in a heavy saucepan over a medium heat, gently sauté the garlic for 1 minute.

3. Place the deli wrap on a baking tray and spread the garlic oil evenly over it. Arrange the mozzarella cheese and tomatoes over the garlic oil, up to about 2 cm from the edges, overlapping one slice of cheese and one slice of tomato. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and bake the pizza in the middle third of a preheated oven for 7 to 8 minutes, until the edge is slightly golden and the cheese is melted.

4. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil on top of the pizza and garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
