1.Cut the onion, green and red pepper, chicken into strips. Fry in a pan with some oil until they get cooked. Season with some Teriyaki sauce.
2.Add some oil in a pan and heat on fire. Pour the egg into the pan. Stir a little. Cover with the tortilla. Leave fire when the egg is cooked.
3.Put the chicken and vegetable strips on the tortilla. Fold up in half.
4.Spread the Teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Decorate with some bonito flakes and serve.
