1. Cut the tortillas to get the shape and size you want. Put the tortillas into a bigger bowl or mold to bake at 160⁰C for 10min to get golden color.
2. Heat the milk and then add sugar, flour and corn starch into the half of the milk and stir. Add the second half of milk and mix well. Pour the liquid in a plate and cover with cling film. Add some stirred cream when getting cold.
3. Put the cream mixture on the tortillas bowl and serve.
