Ingredients

 

  • Peeled Shrimp 200g
  • Mushroom 10pcs
  • Chinese Yam 100g
  • Miso 20g
  • Egg White 2pcs
  • Mission Fried Corn Chips 80g

Instructions

 

1. Put the peeled shrimp in the mixer to get shrimp paste. Mix with egg white and miso. Mix with hands and add Chinese yam when the shrimp paste gets thick.

2. Pulverize the corn chips.

3. Root the mushroom. Put the shrimp paste in the mushroom. Wrap with shredded corn chips.

4. Fry in the oil of 180℃ for 2-3 minutes until becomes gold.
