Ingredients

 

  • Prawn 6pcs
  • Tuna 1can
  • Potato 2pcs    
  • Bacon 3pcs
  • Green & RedPepper 2Of Each
  • Brown Surge 50g      
  • Vinegar 150ml  
  • Coriander, Leek 30g Of Each
  • Vegetable Oil 150ml           
  • Butter 50g
  • Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Spring Onion       
  • Mission 8’’ Flour Wrap3pcs    
  • MissionPre-fried Corn Chips 2pcs

Instructions

 

1. Peel the prawn (keep the head and tail part). Cut from back and clean them

2. Fry the leek, bacon. Cut the coriander.

3. Cook the potato and peel. Press to make into mud. Mix with tuna, leek, bacon and coriander and season it.

4. Grill the green and red chilli. Peel and cut into stripes. Fry with brown sugar and vinegar. Add some butter when it becomes dense to make the sweet chilli sauce.

5. Wrap the potato with Mission tortillas when it cools down. Cut into 5 pieces.

6. Squash the corn chips and mix with chilli powder, cumin power, coriander and salt.

7. Wrap the prawn with the corn mixture above. Fry in the pan. Add some butter.

8. Put the tuna wraps with the prawn together. Spread with some sauce and serve.
