1. Peel the prawn (keep the head and tail part). Cut from back and clean them
2. Fry the leek, bacon. Cut the coriander.
3. Cook the potato and peel. Press to make into mud. Mix with tuna, leek, bacon and coriander and season it.

7. Wrap the prawn with the corn mixture above. Fry in the pan. Add some butter.
8. Put the tuna wraps with the prawn together. Spread with some sauce and serve.
