Ingredients

 

  • Pork Fillet 140g
  • 8’’ Plain Flour Wraps 1pc
  • Lettuce 30g
  • Mustard 20g
  • Salt, Oil, Herbs, Lettuce

 

Instructions

 

1. Pickle the pork with salt, pepper powder, oil, herbs, cooking wine for 30 minutes.

2. Grill until becomes golden and cooked.

3. Slice the pork. Heat the wrap.

4. Place the lettuce, pork and mustard and roll up.
