Butter 50g
Yolk 2pcs

Instructions
1. Mix the yolk and sugar and whip them. Add butter, cream and cheese. Stir up together.
2. Put the gelatin into hot water to get melted. Add into the paste above .
3. Put the tortilla in a pie mold. Preheat the oven at 180 ℃ and bake for 4-5 minutes. Take out and cool to room temperature.
4. Cover the pie with blueberry. Chill for 24 hours and serve.
