Ingredients

 

  • Mexican Rice 100g
  • 10’" spinach wraps
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Basil Sauce
  • Long Rice 450g
  • Olive Oil 45g
  • Onion 45g
  • Garlic
  • Chicken Soup 870ml
  • Salt 7.5g

Instructions

 

1. Wash the rice and pickle in the water for 30 min.

2. Fry the rice until get slight yellow. Add tomato sauce, onion and garlic to heat and get dry. Add chicken soup and heat for 15-30min without covering.

3. Cut the tortillas to get the shape you want and bake at 160℃ for 5min. Put some cheese on the tortillas and add some rice, then add some cheese again. Bake to get golden and spread with some basil sauce.
