Boneless chicken: 100g 
Bacon: 30g 
Red and green pepper: 20g 
Mozzarella cheese: 45g 
Mission 10” plain tortillas: 1pc 
 
                                 
                             
                            
                                Instructions 
                                
                                    1.Cut the chicken , peppers and bacon into small cubes. Season the chicken for 30 minutes and fry in a pan until is cooked.
2.Defrost the tortilla. Put all the ingredients evenly in half round of the tortilla. Fold up in half.
3.Heat the quesadilla above on a grill or pan until cheese melts and the surface is golden.
4.Take from the heat and cut in quarter.
