Ingredients

  • Dried small shrimp: 80g
  • Fried and dried Tofu strips: 60g
  • Egg: 40g
  • Spring onion: 30g
  • Cucumber: 160g
  • Onion: 30g
  • Carrot: 50g
  • Lettuce: 150g
  • Sprout: 300g
  • Seafood sauce
  • Mission 8” plain flour wraps: 6pcs

Instructions

1.Heat a pan on fire and add a little oil. Stir the egg and pour into the pan to get a thin egg sheet. Cut it into strips.
2.Fry the spring onion and cut into strips. Also cut the cucumber, onion and carrot into strips.
3.Put the dried shrimp in water until it gets soft. Drain and mash. Fry with a little oil in a pan until smell comes out. Drain the oil.
4.Blanch the sprout in a pot with hot water. Drain and leave to get cool.
5.Spread some seafood sauce on the tortilla. Put all the ingredients on it and roll up.
