Ingredients

 

  • Beef Stripes            200g
  • Onion                   20g
  • Sweet Green Pepper      30g
  • Sweet Red Pepper        30g
  • Mushroom                50g
  • Garlic                  5g
  • Grounded Black Pepper   5g
  • Soy                     10ml
  • Mozzarella Cheese 200g
  • Sugar, Salt, Chicken Powder
  • Mission 10” Plain Flour Wraps   10

Instructions

 

1.Chop the garlic. Pickle the beef with garlic and all the seasonings.

2.Slice the onion and green and red pepper. Cut the mushroom into thin pieces. Add some oil in a pan and fry all these vegetables until aroma comes out. Then add the pickled beef into the pan. Heat and stir until the beef is cooked. Season with salt and black pepper.

3.Put some cheese on the tortilla to heat together on the grill. Add the beef and vegetables when the cheese melts. Fold in half and serve.
