Apple and walnut salad

Ingredients

 

  • 1 dessert apple
  • 75g canned pineapple, well drained
  • 25g walnuts
  • 25g raisins
  • 75ml double cream
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 Mission flour tortillas

Instructions

 

1. Peel, core and dice the apple, dice the pineapple and roughly chop the walnuts.

2. Mix the fruit, walnuts and raisins. Whip the cream with the sugar and fold in the fruit mixture.

3. Gently warm both sides of the deli wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface and cut in half. Arrange half of the salad across the middle of each half deli wrap and using a spatula, spread some cream towards the edges, then carefully fold the sides of the deli wraps in to enclose the salad, forming a cone shape.

4. Serve at room temperature.
