Ingredients

 

  • 8’’ Tortillas
  • Milk 150ml
  • Egg 1
  • Yolk 1
  • Sugar 120g
  • Water 25g

Instructions

 

1. Cut the tortillas and bake at 160⁰C for 3min. Spread some yogurt , yolk and sesame. Bake for another 8min.

2. Mix the milk, egg, yolk and 45g of sugar until getting white.

3. Heat the water and 75g of sugar until getting caramel. Put the pot into cold water. Put the caramel into the mold. Add the white mixture above. Bake at 160⁰C for 30min. remove the mold and refrigerate for a while. Decorate with the crispy tortilla piece and serve.
